My eventful weekend John Densmore from the doors
I had so much fun this past weekend!
Friday:
-drove to Auburn to pick up my friend
-went to East End Fest.
-ate yummy festival sausage & salt potatoes
-Then to Acmes for a drink
-met a few friends I have not seen in ages, so went back to their house
-got phone #'s of other friends I have not seen in ages
-finally went home... very very very late or early if you look at it that way
Sat:
-Slept in quite late
-visited a couple friends I have not seen in about a year
-visited other friends
-ate some good food
-laughed at a light weight friend that said he could handle booze, & 2 hours, a couple drinks later he was in the bathroom bringing it back up & stayed in the potty for a couple/few hours hahahah
-a few of us headed back to my place
-had a sleep over
Sun:
-Slept in a bit
-visited yet another friend
-my good friend & I went to Ganondagan in Victor
-Met John Densmore!!!!!
-Got John Densmore's autograph!!!!
-shook John Densmore's hand!!!!
-DANCED W/ John Densmore!!!!!
-Ate some good buffalo meat, indian burgers (was disappointed that they did not have gator meat this year)
-learned how to play/defend w/ talking sticks, that is a good art to get into
-watched a butt load of good shows, pow wow dances, learned how to make a water drum & hiked a bit through the woods & all the other good stuff
-bought a nice wolf decal sticker for my car
-watched the simpsons & indulged in some good seafood, fish, shrimp, clams etc...!
-passed out
edited to add** for those that do not know, John Densmore is from "The Doors", he was the origional foinder & drummer!
I was a little mad at myself for not paying too much attention to all the 4 legged creatures at my house, but I have not indulged & been this social in ages so I guess it's alright. Not like I didn't care for them at all, they just did not get their usual weekend play times.
I will make that up this week though. I will be stuck home quite a bit. My car will be in the shop for a couple days.
I have a couple Dr. appointments in the mornings, which means I get a couple extra hours at home in the mornings.
