Wednesday stuff
The landlady for my work gave me quite a few perennials, some flowering, some foliage, so I went mad & planted them all at my house last night. It looks lovely, now I just have to get new siding & skirting on my trailer to match my pretty yard LOL. I love gardening. I also made a few pots & planted some more flowers here at work today. It looks really nice.
Meko chewed another stitch out last night so I just removed the remaining one. She is happy to have them out. Her incision looks really good. I just can't wait until her fur grows back. She may be able to go outside tonight. I'll be glad to have her constant meowing to go out when the dogs go out stop. She just LOVES to hang out with the dogs.
The cabinets under my kitchen sink are now shut off from the ferrets, it used to be their favorite litterbox, until I discovered it (no there is no actual litter box there LOL). I am quite surprised at how well they have been using their litter boxes outside of the cage, they are always pretty good but they did have this super huge private bathroom under the sink. Not one accident has occurred in the kitchen since...yet. It has been a few days & there is no litter box at all in the kitchen.
Although the ferrets have been extremely good in the potty department, they managed to make up for it in the destruction department. They managed to scratch through my sofa bottom. Tonight I will be stapling a new piece of heavy duty fabric to it.
They also discovered how to pull my sheets up on my bed, exposing my foam sleeping pad. Great. I tried using extra large sheets & tucking them in really good, but the still know how to un-tuck them. I have no idea how I will prevent this one. And I can not sleep without that extra cushion.
My brother got the ferrets & rats some new tubes from his new carpet he just got. Boy am I glad, the rats have been without them for a month or so & the ferrets are getting worn & old. I have been too lazy/busy to stop by the carpet store for more.
I go back to court next week for my problem between my ex & the landlord. I have been talking with my lawyer who has been talking to my landlord & it does not look too good. Most likely I will have to continue to pay for his debt, but hell I have to look on the bright side, I will still have a place to live with my animals. And who knows, maybe I won't even have to pay for it... but my luck is usually not that good. LOL
2 Thursdays ago was the last time I saw the hotty, I told him I would call him in a couple days. Well I lost his phone number. He only has a cell phone & I can not find out what his phone number is. So I have been unable to call him. He has not even bothered to call me. I can understand that he may of been a bit angry as I did not call when I told him I would, & have not called since, but I did loose his number. What if I got hurt or something? He does not even bother to check. Gosh I thought that this relationship had a good possibility of turning into something great. This really sucks.
