It seems that every time I am having a depressed morning I run into one of these horrible articles. I'm going to post it here in the hopes that people knowing about it will stop this stuff from happening. Two 10 year olds are now facing charges for participating in the beating of a homeless man. Articles I've read recently say that youth violence on the homeless is an increasingly prevalent problem.
