Ready for Ring*Con... I guess
So this is what I decided to do - make a Confessor dress myself.
I'm not really that skilled so I was planning on ordering a corset to wear beneath the dress but I did not find a single one that looked like the original. And the one that did look the part was way too expensive, so what did I do? I made the corset myself as well, minus the boning, so it's just faux leather with some lining inside (which is pink o.O)
well, I'm not entirely happy with the dress 'cause the hood looks a little weird when it's pulled up because I had to use two layers of the linen material. but the edging on the arms/elbows is real pretty. made me happy that I found such a beautiful piece to complete the dress.

unfortunately I don't have the skills to make Mord'Sith leathers myself, since the dress has already brought me to my limits. but who knows, maybe one day.
I enjoyed working on it tho.
ready for Ring*Con! hope I don't make a fool outta myself when the dress falls apart at the seams. but I'm positive that it'll be alright.
