So it seems that Pottermore Beta is back up again, and the potions-making is better. I haven't tried it (not sure if I ever will) but the brewing times are shortened now and different cauldrons actually have different outcomes. Now if I could just get back the galleons for the ones I've melted!
From what I've read on the forums, the personal points have been reset also.
Here's a list of new brewing times with which cauldron, from
aaron-isms on Tumblr.

Along with the new changes Pottermore Insider has a new survey about eBooks:
Take the New E-Book Survey Here As I wrote in a
discussion about this on HPN, while I've bought just about every kind of merchandise from WB in the past, I'm not planning to buy the ebooks because I don't have an e-book reader right now. And I own multiple copies of the book-books anyway, so why would I? I'm sure that isn't the answer they want to hear.
But surely most people on Pottermore own the books or they probably wouldn't be there. So how will they find new ebook buyers among the fans? I'm sure they want to pull in new fans, but that might be hard because anyone who hasn't read HP by now is either a small child, a person uninterested in reading, or someone who has been under a rock for the past ten years. I'm sure Pottermore/WB/Sony/JKR are all scratching their heads over the conundrum, hence the multiple surveys.
