Happy Voting and Various Other Stuff
I promised myself I'd write a post today, and at least I have a subject:
Super Tuesday!!!
I'm excited about voting!!! If anyone is non-political or a Republican, you might want to skip this part:
I'm a Democrat in Tennessee and I refuse to read the Poll numbers or hear what the pundits "think" is going to happen here and in Georgia. The folks on TV don't really know how anything will play out this year. My husband, daughter and I will be going out this evening to vote. My husband was for Hillary, but I think he's changed his mind to Obama now. I'm definitely voting for Obama, but my daughter was undecided the last time I talked to her. This is her first presidential election, and I'm glad it's such a historical day. :)
I never vote Republican, but if I did, I would definitely vote for McCain. I've always liked his "Maverick" tendencies, and I love that even though he is winning for his party and getting out the vote, his own party has turned against him. People like Anne-Freaky-Nazi-Barbie-Doll-Coulter are saying they'd rather campaign for Hillary than for McCain, for which he should be grateful. (I think I'll write a separate post about that.) But anyway, although I respect McCain, I don't like his stance on the war and his "getting along" policy with the Bushies, so I'll never vote for him now. Sorry, Mac. However, you are vastly superior to Huckabee or Romney, so good luck!

On the Snape/Lily ones, the word "Paradise" is spelled "Paradies" and I'm not sure if that is intentional or not.
Most of the news about HP is all about DH being two movies or not, or being directed by Spielberg or not. Your thoughts?
OotP won six Empire Award nominations: The categories include Best Sci-fi/Fantasy, Sony Ericsson Best Soundtrack, Emma Watson for Best Actress, Dan Radcliffe for Best Actor, David Yates for Best Director, and Best Film. The awards will be handed out on March 9th. "Empire" is Britain's best-selling movie magazine and the readers cast the votes.
JKR did an interview in a Spanish magazine, also, and the preview has been translated on Leaky Cauldron ~ Here.
