Got some GREAT pics last night @ Lacuna Coil
Including this one, in which I continue my great tradition of looking like a complete goon in pics with other people. If anyone reads this, and we take a pic together at some point in the future, remember to look at my face and warn me before we immortalize my retardation on film.

It was a fantastic show, even if the majority of the material was from Karmacode. Songs from the other albums included "Swamped," "Heaven's A Lie," "Daylight Dancer," "Senzafine," "My Wings," and a surprisingly heavy rendition of "No Need to Explain."
Within Temptation was also pretty intense live. Their singer kept doing these odd little moves that I've heard others refer to as "swimming." I only recognized a couple of songs from Mother Earth played at the end. I think they got an even better reception than Lacuna Coil did. This is pretty rare, considering most Louisville fans are ungrateful bitches. Hopefully it convinced a couple of the bands to come back in the future.
The other bands...In This Moment was basically a hardcore band with a frontwoman who wore a Little Bo Peep dress. Needless to say, I had trouble getting into them. Stolen Babies had the whole horror rock shtick going on, which was a big turn-off for me, but they had some pretty heavy moments. Their lead singer played an accordion...yeah.
