Woo pants!
Yesterday saw the arrival of both of our internet-ordered wedding items: Gabe's pants and the candles for our table decorations! Woot! Gabe tried on the pants, and they fit well and worked marvelously with the rest of our outfits, so yay!
All taken care of! The candles are perfect (seriously, if anyone ever needs to get candles in specific numbers, go to Genwax. Speedy delivery, you can order candles singly, in boxes, or in cases, or any combination thereof, the prices are really good, and the candles are exactly as represented, down to the shade of color!
We got the first load of boxes moved into storage at the new apartment on Thursday...at least we have a little space cleared out in the back room now! (To be filled shortly with more boxes, I'm sure) It just seems like there's so damn much stuff to pack. >.< And there is. It's probably going to come right down to the wire again, and we're just going to be randomly throwing things in boxes during the last few days, because Gabe never seems to think that we actually NEED to pack any of the stuff that we already know we won't be using in the next 3 weeks. Shit, half of this stuff hasn't been touched in the last two years! So why not box it up? Beats me. He thinks we need to "reorganize" everything first, and I keep thinking, "so why not PACK it after it's been organized?" *sigh* I may just have to start packing sneakily in the middle of the night.
Dammit, only two minutes left. Time flies away from me again!! We've got the cupcakes all figured out, except I need to talk to rosngil about the carrot cake option....we realized we couldn't do it that way, so we have to go back to the 2-flavor idea. Simpler ^_^. Anyway....gotta run!
