Finally, a prospective landlord who didn't let us down! This Phil guy was just as legitimate as he seemed on the phone, and the apartments were EXACTLY as he described! We looked at all three of his available apartments, and liked them all, but the third one...the one I was most looking forward to seeing...the one I didn't dare hope to be as good as it sounded....that's the one we're getting. It's everything we were looking for!!!!! *does exuberant happy dance* I'd show you pictures, but I didn't take any. Since Gabe and I were both there, there wasn't any reason to. We were so impressed by it!! All hardwood floors, 9 foot ceilings, big ol' windows in all the rooms, HUUUUUUUGE kitchen (we could seriously put the computer, the art table, AND a little two-seat kitchen table in there, and still have room to move around), big living room, bedroom that's big enough for our bed and our shelves, two big closets in the livingroom (since there's no closet in the bedroom)...and a landlord that does his utmost to be honest! *shock* He warned us that the water pressure in the house wasn't all that great, but also told us that he provided the air conditioners in the summer. Heat and water are paid. Rent is $630 a month. Laundry is nearby. I'm so excited!!!!!!
