Someone DID die. Not sure of his name, but they called him "double d". He overdosed. Heroin and Ketamine. Bad mix, even in small amounts. I heard another guy died from taking a nitrous hit directly off the tank, freezing his lungs. This story is unconfirmed. The other one is confirmed.
