Evolution
I had salmon sushi and egg sushi for the first time yesterday, both foods I am allergic to with no discernable reaction. This seems to indicate to me that I have outgrown the majority of my food allergies. I particularly liked the salmon and the way it seemed to melt apart in my mouth.
My cat allergies are also significantly less than they used to be due to my years working in a veterinary clinic. I do seem to be particularly sensitive to Cassandra’s cat Schröedinger for some reason, but beyond that my reactions to cats seems minimal. I am hoping my horse allergies have also reduced, as I certainly still plan more horseback riding in my future, but between eggs, fish and cats I’m pretty happy with the progress so far.
A brand new stove has been installed in my apartment and it is pretty fancy. This was going to happy anyway, but I am particularly pleased due to not only my apartment complex keeping their word with me but also my renewed interest in cooking.
Tonight I plan to exercise and read.
