Eli Stone is canceled and I want to cry.
Yeah, Pushing Daisies may have gotten all the glory in the ABC cancellation shitstorm, but Eli Stone is equally as axed. Watching tonight's episode (no spoilers), I realized how much I really, really like this show. Even without musical vision, the show is cute and sweet and fun. I know I was pissed when it was originally announced, but my anger went to other matters. As tonight's episode ended, I really got all weepy about how none of these super cool prophet storylines will never get wrapped up. And Eli Stone's not the show to come back in any other form, it just doesn't have that kind of fanbase and attention. I'm mostly sad because I fear the show will just disappear and everyone will just forget about it. I'll never forget, Eli. Never.
