Should I get the elipses out of the way...... ?

I am currently sitting in an internet cafe in Dehra Dun. Today is India's independence day, and my roomate and I celebrated by watching Harry Potter, talking about our bowel movements, doing Tarot readings, taking a couple of walks, and watching some cheezy Indian independence day specials that featured lipsinking and dancing from different regions. It has been an awesome day. We haven't had much down time here, and we spent last weekend on a trip to Moussouri instead of on relaxation, so this time was much needed. I hiked to Mussoorie from this hill station called Thangaon. It was an awesome workout, but as usual with hikes I was left yearning for more time to commune with nature rather than running toward a destination.
After the Indian monsoon rain will never again depress me. There is so.. much rain all the time. Nothing dries and if it affected your mood you would be depressed all the time.
Oh, the Tarot reading implies that I am nursing a vampire. I should be careful and look for new opportunities to share my love and affection. The old ones will prove painful and draining. Remind me of this if you see me retracing my steps. It specifically warned me against selfish and malicious people I could potentially have hurt in the past.
I am learning how to read ECGs, and my knowledge of the human body and disease improves daily. It makes my want rush to med school. I also started learning about Ayurveda this week. It is really interesting to have someone who actually practices teaching me in person, but I am also beginning to see the flaws inherent in their characterizations.
There are so.. many things here that I wish to remember and capture, but at times I find the days flying by in a blurr. I try to keep my eyes open, but it is impossible to capture all of the sights and sounds that barrage my senses. I have a great new invition specific for India. The car horn for pedestrians. Since every vehicle on the streets here feels the need to constantly remind pedestrians that they are here by honking their horn I think that pedestrians should also have the right to fill the streets with their own cacophony. The pedestrian horns could even be personalized like ring tones, but they would have to be directional and quite loud.

Cheers to making lots of noise and loving it.
