Saturday Lunch

I picked up a Delicata squash from the store and figured it was time for some root vegetable roastin'. So roastin' I did.
It consisted of squash, sweet potatoes and carrots with little bit of rosemary and bay leaves for some fragrance.

And we also had some chicken with caramelized onions and wrapped that up in some delicious corn tortillas.




When roasted, the squash tasted very much like sweet potatoes.




For dessert: GUSHERS!
