Because I was told to keep people updated and not everyone is on Facebook.
So I got my fingers slapped for not posting on LJ for a long time. It's just that FB is quick, easy, dirty.
So here goes.
As some of you know I've been making films now for a couple of years. The big project in production currently is a film called "Making of A King", based on a sonnet cycle I wrote for Kingdom A&S years ago. Very stylized.
Between camera issues, editing issues and music issues, it's been a slow process. But Part 1 is now up on You Tube. Be aware, that a couple of the CGI bits are a little shaky and that goes back to the camera issues (disintegrating stabilizer) and the editing issues (standard def footage, high def editor). So be kind. This was shot without any budget at all aside from food for cast & crew. So please watch it. Get your family to watch it. Get your friends to watch it.
It covers the period from the rise of Uther as High King to his alliance with Gorlois.
