It seems obvious that CAFOs shouldn't be allowed, but where's all the meat they produce going to come from if they don't make it?
I say we outlaw them, and let supply and demand do the rest. Meat will get rarer, prices will go up, it'll be good business to start a meat farm, and then more people will get involved in it, fulfilling the needs (scratch that, wants) of the people.
