2. Rakuten Ichiba now ships overseas!! Shipping prices are huge though, as with most Japan shopping sites, but hey, an extra place to get stuff from Japan is a good thing. 8D Haven't really explored, so I can't really tell how the prices are like lmao.
Nothing on the FAQ page says that they take Paypal, but they accept credit cards. \o/ Also, Engrish alert on the goods info pages lmao.
