LiveJournal, you could be called neglected, but I just can't be moved by you. You see, I do most of my personal writing in the form of letters. Writing is easier and more fun with an audience in mind, with inside cues to work from, with personal knowledge and jokes that you know will be appreciated. Writing for a live journal is publishing; like writing a mass-letter. I can't disparage you per sé, but I thrive on connection, not anonymity.
Besides, I have a truly personal journal that I keep in a book to rival you by far. I'm sorry, but I simply doubt that you, LiveJournal, will ever see your day in the sun with me. Your purpose is too limited: between desperation and not caring what I write. But you'll never care anyway, now will you?
