Sometimes your thoughts are so loud that you can't continue onto something else until they've been addressed.
That's why I wrote this instead.
Certainly it beats cutting off a personal discussion by contradicting someone's slow agreement with me. And it's definitely a step up from asking that question that has caused our conversations to end multiple times in the past. But how can I come up with any other conversational leads when the whole focus of this thing has led up to these important questions which I can't ask?
The answer is, of course, to work in a different, new way to ask them yet again, regardless of short-term consquences. Because loud thoughts require answers, so they can go back to their homes and leave the neighborhood in peace.
