1 It's his ~*~crowning moment of badass~*~ or wtfever. I mean, he's on his day off, he's been drinking all day, and he still hikes a mountain, drops a guy off a cliff and manages to tell Elena off for acting weak. Then he's all, "Fuck work I'm on a boat it's our day off" afterwards.
2 He's just such a delightful asshole. idk man, the whole, "don't step on the flowers bit" makes me laugh every time. I also love the colours in this one.

Name means: At the time, I was looking at another game. I was kind of tempted to app Rude for their Reno, so I was looking at apps and journals to see what I'd be playing with if I went with it and they mentioned the Turks having mako treatments. So, yeah.

Why: idk, it's not his best icon or anything. But I think part of it is that it's from the same scene as his username? Also, he has his sword in his mouth. I just find him fighting like that really cool. Don't ask why.
Name means: "I am lightning, the rain transformed." It's a little to optimistic considering where I took him from in the game-he still kind of thinks he's a worthless piece of crap, but I also think that scene was his most badass in the game. Screw his fight with Vamp and the Gekkos.

Why: I actually really don't like Maxi's icons. Just, finding screencaps of the ending fmv is impossible, so I had to settle for someone else's.
Name means: iirc, it means something along the lines of, "vengeance across the three temporal zones." I can't remember exactly without my dictionary at hand. With both him and Amy, I picked their journals based on their "soul," his being retribution. (Amy's is la_fidelle, as her soul is loyalty.) I also chose them in their native languages like a tard. I didn't do it for Ashlotte, since her native language doesn't exist.

Why: I think it's just that I like that part in the film? I mean, Kakihara skewers this guy's foot to a plank and Takayama's just, "yeah whatever, I'm used to this shit by now." I also really like this one for the colours/crop.
