Asylum Europe

Hey guys, I'll upload more batches on Friday as promised. I made some for twitter. Today I'll also make a tweetebug one for Traci, even if only one of my twitter friends will use it. (No wait, shit... I have no Traci pics on the laptop. Dammit! Stupid fucking work appartment with not even a phone line. >:( ) So, Friday.

But anyways, I'm posting because I called the Dorinth yesterday about parking space for Asylum Europe. They have 50 free parking spots in front of the hotel, along with 120 (or maybe it was 150?) spots indoors under their hotel, but those you have to pay for (€9 per day). The woman on the phone was super nice and actually recommended me to look for free spots first. (So much for them selling their spots. LOL.) Additionally to the 50 free hotel spots there's a bunch of more free spots all along the street leading up to the hotel as well as a public parking lot from Bad Neuenahr with meters ("Parkscheinautomaten") 2 minutes away. - However those would suck, I assume. You usually can't pull a ticket for the whole day and then you'd spend the convention running out to reload. Which might also get expensive.

(Then again, if you don't get any Parkschein and they catch you, it's €5, or maybe €10 by now. If you're overdue on the time of an existing one however, fees start at €15. So if you don't find any spot, just park on the public lot and don't pay anything. Cheapest option, IMO.)

Happy Cinqo De Mayo, or "BigBang Claim Day"! ;) I'm off working some more before my collegue gets pissed again.
