Aww, that was really cute, Vera. :) You did a great job with your challenge.

I especially liked how you had Michael being this big kid while Tess was more of a responsible adult. The bantering between them was very sweet and flirty and, I thought, worked really well.

I haven't read much Michael/Tess fic but I might have to make an exception if you're writing it. ;)

Hah, I haven't read any Michael/Tess fic before. *lol* Threesomes and some that started UC... actually only one though for all I can remember, yes, but nothing that was Michael/Tess only. I don't understand it, they are easy to ship. ;) Not like I will now leave the candy though. *lol*

I can't remember who's fic it was, but I did read something that was solely Michael/Tess and I really liked it. Probably because it didn't bash Maria like so many UC authors tend to do.

Glad to hear you won't be leaving Candy though. I'd be having serious words with you if you did. *lol*

Yeah, that is the whole reason why I don't like UC that much. They tend to bash the CC character. That is fine when it is a Max/Tess fic (although I actually didn't read any of these either), but it is not cool with candy, because I both love Michael and Maria so much. I am glad Angel stopped bashing Michael so much and now he is always Maria's friend at least. Makes the whole Streetwalker stuff a lot easier to read. Although I still prefer threesomes. Which is UC as well, isn't it? Maybe next time I better write that. *lol*

And hah, yeah, not like anyone would have noticed the difference between me not writing candy or me not writing Michael/Tess. ;)

Hahaha, I just loved that line. :D It was totally cute and fit with Michael's character. :) I can totally see his eyebrows and mischievous look. :D

Michael and the candy bar, the jellybeans, the eating contests...brilliant. If anyone would be able to put away alot of food, its him! :p

Tess is even more likable here in this fic. Good thing you had a link in the Halloween one. Realy liked this and its was nice and sentimental too. I loved seeing Michael's softer side.

Thanks, I'm glad you liked it. :) But yeah, I can totally see Michael getting along with kids, especially orphans. If anyone can relate it's him.
