    Tuesday, February 6, 2007:
  • Breakfast: a bowl of raisin bran w/ yogurt and milk

  • Snack: kashi trail mix granola bar (seriously, every weekday)

  • Lunch: Leftover penne with tomato sauce from Sunday and a banana

  • Supper: pastrami and ham with tomato, white american, and spicy mustard on an everything bagel; bowl of salad with thousand island dressing

  • Snaxxx: Tortilla chips (no salsa) and a few handfuls of twizzlers
