I called in sick yesterday, so my eating was messed up yet again.
Thursday, February 15, 2007:
- Brunch: turkey, pastrami, and white american on an everything bagel
- Snack: 1 chocolate-covered cherry, some twizzlers, and some reduced fat sour cream & onion Pringles.
- Supper: 2 slices of cheese and mushroom pizza; the final hard-boiled egg
- Late night OMG I'M HUNGRY: two more slices of pizza
Friday, February 16, 2007:
- Breakfast: 1 cup of raisin bran with skim milk.
- Snack: Kashi TLC trail mix granola bar
- Lunch: two more slices of pizza. 1 w/ mushrooms, 1 without. I think.
- Supper: final two pieces of pizza, probably some twizzlers (to be confirmed)
- Drunken Snaxxx: TBD
When I was at home on Wednesday I compared the nutritional facts for skim and 1%. GUESS WHAT: except for lower fat and calorie counts they are exactly the same.
