I blame pkwench , because it's all because of her prompt at ohsam 's latest comment-fic meme, except it sort of dovetailed with the other idea I had a while back about Dean and Jess getting together to look for Sam, and I had to write the

This is so awesome. With the Dean and Jess meeting and being friends and smoking and Dean's limp and Sam's injuries and then AMNESIA, as if it wasn't already so awesome. Can't wait for more!

This show just makes me want to write and write and write. I cannot tell you why. \o/

Originally it was going to be a quickie with Sam 'n' Dean bonding when Sam woke up, and then the amnesia kind of snuck in, and THEN I got this fantastic visual in my head of Jess and Dean sitting on a fire escape, sharing a pack of smokes, and suddenly it got a lot more complicated on me. :P

I'm curious to see if I'll be able to get this all written in a way I like. I'm not usually one for WIPs: I like to have things at least mostly written before I start posting.
