Brain injuries make it really hard (well harder than normal) to tell what's real and what's not. Lucifer or really vivid back in hell and torture flashbacks are all win :D

Well I had Sam seize on the ambulance to the hospital, again. I hope that's ok OP

The roar of the ambulance almost made Dean want to cover his ears and hide away. The pulsing from the road, the noise from the siren, the bustle of the EMT's it was all making Dean dizzy.

His throat hurt from begging Sam to stay with him. He doesn't know how many times he's begged, pleaded, even criedYes the supposedly, tough hunter cried his heart out when watching his Sammy seize. He remembered when Sam was little and ran a real high fever, their Dad was trying his best to cool him off and comfort him but Sammy was hurting, scared and didn't really know what to think ( ... )
