Your writing has such a great flow to it; I actually intended to just start this but wound up reading the entire first part in a single sitting -- I really didn't want to stop even when RL was clamoring for attention. :)

Love the cold-open of the boys separated and not knowing where they are, very creepy and unsettling.

Your Dean-voice is spot-on perfect. This made me giggle:
“So that's how many victims?” Dean's mouth is full of eggs, bacon and hash browns all at once, but that apparently doesn't prevent him from trying to talk anyway. It comes out sounding more like “O ah ow ay itims?”
Aww, first-season Dean!

"The headlight illuminate his face, and for a moment Dean imagines that his brother's expression is wistful, almost longing, his face pale. He looks like a ghost, Dean thinks uncomfortably."
This has me all worried.

OOh interesting start. Poor Sam ;p Dean is a hard act to follow, however don't ya be cutting yourself short on your charms there, Sammy-boy.

I liked Katie's grandmother :) and I also liked you mentioning how sam doesn't seem to like not being in layers of clothing around strangers. I always wondered if there was a backstory to that as we saw the same thing first season, on the show.

Chuckled at Dean's insistance that the nurse would be hot. And she is ;p

Season 1 Sam always dressed in, like, a million layers of clothing. He also slouched, kept his hands in his pockets, didn't make much eye contact with people, and generally seemed just fine with letting Dean take the lead all the time. I always wondered why that was, but his character has evolved a long way away from that since then. :)

Very good! its so much like the show every bit of it, you have really good characters and great dialog, the boys act so much like Sam and Dean from the show i love it!
