It Feels Like a Ghost Town...
First 'proper' entry of the year I guess. I think LJ over the last year has been, well, dead. Since the controversial attacks and people freaking out, it hasn't been the same since. I've been on the LJ scene for six years. SIX YEARS!! Longer than well anything I guess lol.
Today it's Alex's birthday. He turns 16. Miss B's eldest son. So I gave him a card and a tenner. Miss B passed it on to him and also Henry an Easter egg. A Mini Eggs one with a cup inside. He had chicken pox so I didn't see him. Miss B and I met up down Walthamstow and went around a few shops until I went around a few shops alone down Central London.
Anyway, I saw my niece and nephew for the first time in two years over the weekend. I thought they would have a full blown Welsh accent as they live in Wales with their mother but they have grown!! My nephew Ethan is sporting a bad ass mohawk and my niece Libby loves JLS judging from her hoodie of appreciation.
I've been busy with uni and friends these days it's unbeliveable. I never thought I'll have a proper social life. It was something I had longed for for years!! Mind you I wanted a boyfriend kinda badly at one point and look what happened to that... Not so good.
I'm hoping to write more and make more friends on LJ this year. If I can juggle everything, I could. Anything's possible, isn't it?!
