Yes, it's another Mad Men post.
Where did I get thi GIF from? I hear... Google 'Mad Men GIFs', honey. The search result with the Photobucket link is where I got Joanie puffing out smoke from.
Sadly, Joanie wasn't in the episode titled 'Wee Small Hours'; she left Sterling Cooper long time. Last time I saw her was in the episode before titled 'Souvenir' when she was working at a clothes shop serving Sterling Cooper's honourable douchebag Pete Campbell.
Last night, things between Don and his Cold Lady weren't good. When Don came home, he didn't say a word to Betty or even in bed. It seems Don is becoming very indifferent these days of what the Cold Lady is doing that he has to seek comfort elsewhere... Sally's teacher. Guess what? Don says how much he wants to be with her, blah blah blah. Don has said that (he wanted to be with so-and-so so much) to the women he slept with it seems he fussy or in need of love. He doesn't love Betty at all; I'm not Betty loves or trusts Don anymore.
So they can both fuck themselves in other words. Betty is a person who doesn't show much emotion to anyone; she looks down at people who are below her regarding social class (a note from the first series); her BFF is Francine - who went through some through shit in the first series with her husband cheating on her; she smoked through her third pregnancy, and I know it's just a TV show but it was uncomfortable for me to watch an unborn child being harmful by their mother's selfishness. What else? She's cold. Er... That's about it.
Don on the other hand, in my eyes is a good father. He is more of a parent to Betty. Then I was thinking yesterday prior to the show broadcast that the Cold Lady did read a bedtime story to the children back in the first series. Betty and Don have different parenting styles and different ways of approaching their children. I can't remember much of the second season but I remember when Don was extremely pissed off with his son Bobby and threw his robot toy. Soon afterwards they had a bit of 'boy talk' and things were sorted. Sally is Don's little baby girl; his little princess. I don't like being called 'baby' by my parents or treated like one. Watch in the 4th series when Don turns out to be the better parent than Cold Lady.
That's all
