What am I going to do during my summer holidays?
Finally Friday! No more school until September. It was quite an emotional day for me because it was Miss Lam's last day in school. I made her a goodbye card. She gave me a present, classical music's answer to movies, Classic FM At The Movies box set! Three discs and over hours and hours of good soundtracks from films that I seen before but not the endings. Ok, Saving Private Ryan. I watched of that and I think it was one of the emotional films that I ever watched. But Roots is probably the most emotional that I watched but it's number one on my list although Private Ryan was moving and bloody.
I spent all day talking to
anisah_dolphin about the hot weather and Chris Noth. I'm not pleased what she was saying about him!!! We both watched The Perfect Man in music on the computer. I had to skip chapters because Rianna wanted to borrow the DVD. I went into gasping mode when I saw Chris Noth playing Uncle Ben. I thought am I dreaming?- No I wasn't. I was watching the cutest guy on a small computer screen. Oh my god. I told the boys that The Perfect Man is a GIRLS ONLY film.
The question that you're dying to ask me is.... What am I going to do during my summer holidays? The answer is Thorpe Park, friends, sleep, eat, watch tv, go on the computer, text and listen to music. Or probably go to the Westend (it's my term of the flithy rich area) which is in the posh side of London. You don't have to be sophisticated to go there you know. Just be yourself and talk to some tourists or window shop like 50 Cent!
Next month is August. The weather is getting hotter everyday. I hope it doesn't get hot in August like yesterday. I had to put sun lotion on my skin to protect myself from the sun. The last time that I didn't put any sun lotion on was in Nevis and I got sunburnt badly. I felt like a baked potatoe!
I won't be updating my LJ for a week because I need some rest but I'll be making posts and chatting on communities.
