Valentine's Day
Eric and I decided to celebrate V-day early since his mom was able to watch Penelope for the night. Eric got me a HUGE BOX OF chocolate and a very silly, sweet card. Apparently he is having some pent up energy from the lack of action lol. The words that he mentioned in the card were so touching and I look forward to our golden years together, or whenever the children will be out of the house tehehe.
We had dinner at Azia, which the service was a bit disappointing but the food was delicious! We both were so dead tired that we just went home afterwards lol. We spent the rest of the night with Penelope and each other. We sat around watching TV and cuddling whenever she was asleep tehehe.
Now, I'm sitting here typing up this entry and Penelope is doing her business. She's so cute, it's amazing how a little thing her size can make such loud noises lol. I'm gonna record her one of these days when she's going at it tehehe. I love parenthood :-D
Oh I'm actually looking into teaching and I was looking at the long distance education that USC (university of Southern California) was offering. I highly doubt I'll be accepted, but I guess trying wouldn't hurt!
