Riddle Me This:
How does one find a person who..
is (presumably) homeless
has no known address/email/phone number
lives in a city clear across the continent
likely has addiction issues and I think also a police record
has a fairly generic name?
This is not a hypothetical question. The city I'm trying to find him in is Vancouver, BC. I can say with a reasonable degree of certainty that he IS in Vancouver. I have no photographs to post or show around, and actually I don't think there ARE any of him as an adult.
I know it's weird but please, if you have any serious ideas about how I might do this, let me know.
