grumpy about hotlinking

Does anyone on my f-list speak French and could tell me why this LJ entry has one of my HP drawings hotlinked? (It's one of illustrations I did for Beth's In From the Cold.) I noticed this a couple of days ago when I looked at my website referrer logs. Unfortunately my webhost doesn't let me disable hotlinking in the usual ways you see in anti-
