I'm a bit annoyed at how the Atlantis team handled Michael. And I'm not talking about any ethical dilemmas or anything, or that they didn't guard him even closer, but that the smart thing would have been to tell Michael that he had been infected with a variation of the earlier virus Sheppard was exposed to (through a lab accident or whatever), and that it was turning him into Wraith unless he took his medication. Which would have been a lie far closer to the truth, would have explained his symptoms to him better, explained the uneasiness of the others that they understandably couldn't hide to him, give a reason for the guards etc and the ruse would have had a chance to work longer. Then he would have had a chance to develop more attachments to the SGA, Carson could have found a permanent solution or at least experimented longer. I can't see why they should give him such a flimsy lie when a better one is obvious.
ETA: Ack! Fixed the broken cut-tag, so sorry! I hope I was quick enough.
