I CANNOT BELIEVE IT!
You'll Never believe it! Guess what I'm going to be doing in a couple of months?! I'm going to Sri Lanka! thats right... thailand! YAY!
My Aunt is going to help teach the Tsunami victims how to heal their land. Since scientists are predicting it will take MANY years before they can get rid of the junk and begin building....My aunts going to go and teach the people how to decompose the material, grow their own food, clean their water, and how to stay healthy.
She's going to hire me as her personal assistant ($1,500 per month) and I'm going to be going with her to Sri Lanka for a couple months. THEN, I'm going to go to Iowa and help out a friend of hers with an exotic animal sanctuary for another couple of months. This is going to be one EXCITING Year! I STILL cannot believe it. I'm in utter shock. I can't believe I'm going to be able to do what I've ALWAYS wanted to do. I'm going to leave my footprint on this earth and actually help it heal instead of being like so many others that only distroy.
But I still can't help but feel bad for my Niki boo (my dog). I'm afraid nobody will walk him or give him hugs and kisses like his mommy does. =(
OH! and right now I'm searching to find a home for two Maltese. God, they were in HORRIBLE conditions when they gave them to me. They were SO matted they couldn't even open their eyes... and they had matts that were an inch thick and cover their ENTIRE body!
Amazing how poeple are willing to pay $1,000 dollars for each dog... but not willing to brush/love them. =(
