Leaving things behind

I love the mid-Michigan art scene.
I love the people here.
When I leave I hope to keep in contact with almost all of them.

I'm moving to Chicago... for better or worse as soon as I possibly can.
It might be incredibly soon. I'll let you know.

I just wanted to say that
I've enjoyed people here
and being involved and
I really hope it continues
for years and years, etc.

It's definitely not a bad place to be but I've wanted to get away for a while
and Chicao's always been at the top of my list.

I might hate it, I might be back sooner than I think,
but I doubt it. When I'm gone, I want to stay gone.
And that's no reflection on anyone or anything here.
It's just time.
