Nuns with yardsticks

So, I am currently managing several projects at work. About a week ago, I told some of the project team that I was going to hire a team of nuns with yardsticks and station them at our various offices to smack hands when people weren't getting things in on time. I was joking, but right about now it sounds like a pretty good idea. People don't understand that one deadline is everyone's deadline, regardless of who owns the task.

You heard it here first - if anyone steals my idea, I want commission!
