Monthly Sets Challenge
We're going to introduce something new (as I do kinda miss the bi-weekly variation challenges) and hope that it does generate some interest :) We're going to start this on Saturday and will have a voting session at the end of every month.
Monthly Set Challenge
+ At the beginning of every month, we'll list a superstar, Diva, Knockout, TNA Wrestler, Indy & Hall of Famer (basically non-active) and one theme to apply to the set.
+ The challenge is as follows: make a set of icons (to apply to a general theme) for the given wrestler (or wrestlers if you prefer) and post it as a comment to the challenge entry. (EG. One set per person listed for a total of Six sets)
+ You may make as many sets as you'd like, but you may only use one person per set (unless it's a tag team).
+ For purposes of this challenge, you must make at least 5 icons per set
+ You may cross-post these wherever else you'd like, but don't forget to post them to the original challenge post (not here).
+ All entries must meet usual LJ standards (under 40kb, 100x100 or less, etc.)
+ All effects, including animation, will be allowed.
+ Unless otherwise stated, you may use different images for each icon.
At the end of each month, we'll have a voting period where the participants will decide on which set they'd like to enter. The only thing that will be decided on is Best Overall Sets (1st through 3rd) and participants may submit up to six sets per voting period.
If you would like to suggest possible subjects, comment here and we'll do our best to incorporate all requests.
