"Regarding the two accused, specific bullets were found in the bodies of the dead and there is a 100% identification that these bullets were fired from Zinchenko and Abroskin submachine guns. Abroskin has four bullets in the bodies - two wounded, two dead. One Zinchenko was killed," he said.
According to him, about 70% of the killed maydanovtsy had through wounds, therefore, it is not possible to identify the belonging of a weapon to this or that Berkutovka by the pool.
"Part of the shot bullets is not subject to identification, because then they went through obstacles - concrete, wood and were deformed," said the prosecutor.
Psyuk recalled that the Berkutov rifles, including Abroskin and Zinchenko, were discovered in the course of the investigation in one of the reservoirs of the Goloseevsky district of Kiev.
Ex-Berkutovtsy accused of killing 48 members of the Maidan, do not plead guilty to the crimes incriminated to them.
On March 30, the court gave the ex-Berkutov people extra time to get acquainted with the materials of the criminal proceedings.
On March 9, the Prosecutor General's Office submitted to the court an indictment against the former chief of the Zaporizhzhya company, Berkut Yuri Kalmykov, suspected of attempting to force dispersal of Euromaidan activists on the night of December 11, 2013.

As noted in a comment to journalists by the prosecutor in the case of Janis Simonov, the feature of today's trial is that for the first time Zinchenko was directly involved in the killing of a participant in the Revolution of Dignity.
Also, the prosecutor added that Harutyunyan fired another unit of "Berkut", whose men were dressed in blue uniforms and body armor. According to Simonov, the investigation is known that this is a division, but today its name will not be disclosed.
