OOC PREFERENCES:
•CONTACT METHOD: PM or email
•THREAD-JACKING: So long as you take it elsewhere if a) turn it into a in-person conversation b) private settings that my character is not privy to. B is not that much of a deal to me, though.
•FOURTH WALLING / CANON PUNCTURE: Perfectly fine.
•BACKTAGGING: Not a problem at all, I could go on forever.
•AVOIDED TOPICS: Rape. I don't want to involved with torture directly.
IC CHARACTERISTICS:
•PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Most of the time, he looks like Peter Davison, tall, blond, with a cherubic face. He normally wears a suit jacket and trousers, with a jumper and shirt underneath. The colours he wears ranges from yellow to blue. He smells faintly of honey, except when injured, when he smells like ozone and burnt honey.
•DEMEANOR: Omega's posture is very much like the Doctor's, often with a straight back and hands in his pockets. He's confident. He does tend to keep himself aloof from crowded places. Frequently, he's busy with something and it's not altogether rare to be able to see him muttering, though frequently, he quietens when you approach. He's also curious, particularly if something out of the ordinary happened.
•ABILITIES: Brilliant scientist and engineer even to his own people. Also outstrips others' telepathic powers. He can create bubble-monsters with talons and manipulate minds and matter. He doesn't use these powers (bar they're being the means with which he communicates and keeps himself alive) because he sees no need, people would disapprove and he really wants the least mental contact as possible with others. He also finds that the Doctor is quite a strain when emotional.
•MEDICAL INFORMATION: Omega's biology is unique, even among Time Lords. While he may present as a normal Time Lord initially, with two hearts, a respiratory bypass, he also has unique properties. Traces of antimatter somehow manages to not blow him and the barge up despite it not being clear how and he has a second brain pattern in his mind.
While there is record of his being treated successfully for Gallifreyan Flu, the recommended course of treatment of injuries is placement in a Zero room for isolation, not just from the potential of disease but the minds of others. A list of these rooms are: Omega's own quarters, the Doctor's TARDIS and the chapel, in that order of preference. Otherwise, treating him as if he was an explosion hazard is highly recommended. No attempt to cut into him should be made in any circumstances.
•OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS: Torture and tyranny used as 'appropriate' tools for giving people better lives.

•MENTAL: Can another character use mental abilities on your character? Anyone who tries is in for an impossible battle.
•MIMICRY: Can another character imitate your character in physical appearance and/or voice? The Doctor's fair game, Omega is not. Omega technically doesn't have a physical appearance and while the sound of his voice can be mimicked, Omega's not using vocal cords to produce it, so anyone will be able to tell the difference, even if they're not sure why.
•VIOLENCE: Can another character provoke a physical fight with your character? I'd rather discuss it first.
•MAGIC: Can another character use magic on your character? Again, it's going to have to be on a case-by-case basis.
•DEBATE: Can another character pursue yours for a debate. Unless it's a sore topic with him.
•OTHER / NOTES: I wouldn't mind him getting shot. It won't kill him but he'll vanish and take a while to recover.
