Room 501, Tuesday Afternoon

Feb 12, 2008 11:12

Okay. So Reno's report back to Tseng was now four or so days late. Reno was also blue. Now that he was too freaked out to show his face in public, it would be a great time to hole himself up in his room, bite the bullet, and type the stupid thing out.

Nearly the instant that he had hit send, he had received a reply.

Reno,

Upon reviewing your previous reports, and taking into consideration that they have all been grossly late since your arrival on the island, I have decided that it would be best if you were to switch rooms. Your assignment, it would seem, is being compromised by your 'obsessive stalker roomie.'
Remedy this.

Tseng

Reno stared at the e-mail for a good five minutes or so. Okay, so he had ranted a little about Tamaki. Tamaki was a good kid, which really didn't stop him from being nosy and annoying at all, but he wasn't really the reason he was so late with his reports. He was late with the reports because... well, frankly, he was lazy.

Which, upon further consideration, would be a bad thing to report with to his boss.

So, instead of pointing this out, Reno's reply to this e-mail was something more along the lines of:

Tseng,

Can't apply to switch rooms at the moment. Am currently blue.

Reno

The reply that Reno received after that e-mail was something entirely unsettling consisting of the words 'suck it up,' and 'pay-cut.'

Needless to say, he was on his feet and out the door, blue face and all, very quickly.

[NFI, for this is establishy goodness, la la la.]

what: blue da ba di, what: establishy, what: freaking stupid high school, places: room 501
