"Stephanie..." Billy sighs wistfully on the plane ride back to the States. "Now that there's a lady."
Kevin grunts and wishes he'd taken the complimentary earphones when he had the chance.
"She's perfect, you know?" Billy rambles on for the tenth time for the past two hours, and turns to Kevin for a reply.
The blonde rolls his eyes, slides down into his seat, and mutters, "Yeah, right."
Billy stares at him a little, then frowns.
"Yeah, well you just wouldn't know perfection if it bit your skinny little ass," he says indignantly.
Kevin thinks this statement over for a moment, and suddenly remembers a dark-haired Japanese boy his age with a wicked smirk and a kickass tennis style and a stupid catchphrase that made Kevin want to punch him.
He doesn't answer when Billy asks him what the hell he's smiling about.
