I started a fast for detox purposes at 7:45PM 5/21/07. I plan to go without solid food until at least 7:45AM 5/23/07. That's 36 hours, nothing too heavy. Included in fast: Water and tea. If I get too unsteady I will have some V8 juice. And from there I will try to eat the best I can. I want to cut out all the sugary and processed shit. I can do it...
