Growin' Up

Life is happening and I love it. I graduate from Perimeter in May, and I'm starting at Kennesaw this summer. I'll hopefully only be there til Spring 09, but worst case scenerio, I'll be done Fall 09. I know its dumb, but I feel like I HAVE to graduate 09. Thats the year I'm supposed to graduate. I don't want to feel like a slacker. And 3 colleges in 4 years is a pretty amazing feat. Maged and I are moving in together this summer. We're going to ProMove on sunday with his brother Rudy and our friend Trey. We're looking for a 3 bedroom. A townhouse would be ideal, but we'll honestly take what we can get. I told my mom. She didn't tell me no, but she said it would be smarter if we didn't move in together. Later, i that same conversation, she told me about this girl who lived across the hall from one of her co-workers who was murdered in her apartment. This man killed her, and lived in her apartment for 4 days...using her car, sleeping, I'm sure watching TV, all with a dead body in the apartment. And she DOESN'T want me to live with 3 men? I figure if I live with 3 men, 2 of them Arab, no one is gonna mess wtih me. =)
I'm also getting a Siberian Huskey. It's not for a while (like October) but I'm super excited! So many people have the wrong impression on huskeys. They say they're aggressive towards small animals and children...that is such a lie. I'm sure there are some huskeys that don't like them, but generally, thats not true. The mother of my future huskey lives with 4 kids, 3 chinchillas, and it's the sweetest dog. And the shedding. Thats gonna suck, but it's only twice a year that they shed a whole lot....so theres that.
Yesterday, Maged and I were at Stonecrest mall killing time before our call time for the final performance of the show. We went to hhgregg to look at Washers and Dryers...and big screen TV's. Maged has his priorities straight. haha. Anyway, it made the whoe situation more real. And he said something that made me really happy. We were looking at 42" flatscreen tv's for the living room and he said "Hey, I want a 60" for the living room, and a 42" for the bedroom. I'm settling" Strange as that sounds, that made me so happy. Although he's being ridiculous in wanting a flat screen, he's atleast trying to be practical about it...so we have money and stuff. And he also wants to make sure we have warranties on appliances incase something happens to them...anyway, this all may sound retarded to you, or like no big deal, but it is. It re-enforces what I already know: Maged wants to take care of me. And I don't care what anyone says. I know that moving in with him is the best decision. We work. We really work together.
