It's Easter,

and no one in this household cares about zombie Jesus. But the inner mother in me feels the need to cook for all Holidays. So I'm not doing anything big, but I am making homemade french bread rolls to go with dinner. I'm marinading two chicken breasts in olive oil, lime juice, rosemary, salt, and pepper. To have with cheddar mashed potatoes and some sort of veggie which is yet to be determined. Followed by homemade chocolate cake with chocolate frosting. Mmmm. Om nom nom.
