Surprise, I'm still alive! ;)
IKEA's opening a new store here next friday. For the last week or so, stuff like this has been happening all around town:
...not IKEA related, but while I was in the vicinity:

My favourite's the green leaf installation, because it's pretty and I walk past it on my way to work every morning.
(makes me want to cover my appartment in those green leaf things. Only I have no tree trunks to attach them to. *g*)
