...or maybe "Bitter Angels"?

Like the last eps, I had a virtual watching party with -i-. It's much more fun than watching alone.

Heya, I kept wishing we could have done audio, I really needed a virtual hand to hold during that stab-off scene!

Didn't realise the title - can't figure out wtf it's supposed to refer to.

Well T was allowed one snarky comment, could be his death note if he ever gets to say more.

I also quoted Andrea, again, she and Carl have the only pithy one-liners, IMO. But later I wondered if the not-leaving lead to his death, because rather than pair off with Daryl, his new bff, Rick takes Shane along. I knew then the poor idiot was doomed.

It's an outrage - okay, probably just the usual blindness of some producers - that they don't even consider Daryl when guns are so important.
And Shane was a better father to Carl in many ways. I kept remember how the show started, that the marriage was at an end and all.

Maggie-actress was upset she got called mean - mean for asking Glen to sleep with her and tell him she loves him. No wander toxic-bitch L is considered strong in comparison...

Remember, the worst thing wasn't the cozying and the tears but telling him a) they really had had something, she b) had loved him and c) the child really might be his. This was what killed him, and there is no way she didn't know what she was doing but it is more important to get rid of whatever she wants to say, have someone listen to her, pay attention to her, forgive her, whatever - IT WAS NOT SWEET AT ALL IT WAS UNFORGIVABLE and nobody like that should have children btw, if she's not a nutcase insane egotist, her IQ is too low to be a mother.

Yes yes, Daryl, finding THE ONE TREE IN THE DARK FOREST that sports the still bright blood. Le sigh :)

They are now but not because of Shane, because Rick gets to feel the ÜBERZOMBIEDOM that is rising, en masse. Think Buffy again.

It happens like that in the comic?? Does he also not know there that his father had killed his other father? Also how the hell is he going to teenage by the next season - that's why they need eight months, to miracle grow the boy so he can have girl stories!

I don't think I could do this with audio - I can't listen to 2 things at once. Was different with "Dark Harbor" because I mainly followed the subtitles.

"Better Angels":
1) Carl, that sweet little angel
2) maybe also Daryl, because of that biker vest with the angel's wings on the back
3) Shane, because he's better off now as an angel ;-)

but at least he said something! that's like, a gazillion percent more dialoge than he had in the last 3? 5? 10? eps.

well, if you see it like that, every little thing could have led to his dead. I think he's dead because it couldn't be Rick + Lori + Shane, and Shane wouldn't leave.

I hope the gun thing comes up again. I hope the gun has a malfunction and Carl dies

Huh, who called her mean?

DID SHE REALLY TELL HIM THE CHILD MAY BE HIS? I think she just said, she didn't know who the father is? big difference.

Daryl probably *smelled* the blood. *g*

meh. less of that, please.

Eh, what other father? In the comic it happens much earlier, and I think Shane isn't a zombie, but he's attacking Rick because... of some other reasons I don't know.

I know we couldn't do it due to sound feedback, but maybe I'd have seen more - OTOH this way I heard more.

I'm not sure what you refer to with "if you see it like that". Yes, Lori giving him hope again nixed the last cell in his poor addled brain. But Rick taking him along didn't lead to it, it indicated it.

Fans called Maggie mean (to Glen).

Yes, that is the same thing - she previously said it was Ricks, Ricks only, she knew it was his, now she starts again saying it could be his or his. What difference?

Y-eah.

I fear we'll get more of it. Now we're out of that boring farm, the spirituality needs a new outlet.

I just meant it in a general way - hindsight is always 20/20, and you can find reasons for everything if you want.

eh, stupid fans.

well, the way she said anyone could be the father! Let me see who else was available: Dale, T-Dog, Daryl, Merle, Carol's husband, Morales, Jim... (I don't list Glenn, because - just no.)
awesome soap-opera plot for s3: it's Merle's baby, he's coming back and wants what's his, lots of drama ensues... ;-)

Hey, I told you live on chat that that was the last straw! *points to the pages of NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOs and WHY YOU BITCH and STOP IT* And that Zach guy didn't believe it even in hindsight, thought she was just being sweet.

Oh come on *shoves* she said she didn't know who the father was, rather than say "not you Shane, it is definitely Ricks" like yesterday. Or are we in funning mode? In that case it is Hershel's of course.
