Hu-rray for Communism!
President Hu, of China is here today. It's getting pretty ridiculous. I just thought I'd share an email my freshman counselor sent out this morning.
Dear All,
As you most probably know, China's President, Hu, will be in town tomorrow to pay us a
visit. Since Cross Campus will be shut off for security reasons, Old Campus has been
designated as the place for protests. As such, it is possible that there will be
thousands of people on Old Campus tomorrow. So PLEASE make sure you lock your doors (none
of the sticky tape stuff), and don't let people in to the entryways. If they ask you,
just pretend you don't speak English. That's what I do.
Oh- and please don't get into ideologically-grounded fist fights.
