Watched Mr. and Mrs. Smith and Batman Begins (for the third time) tonight at the Drive-in. Never been to a drive in before. I kinda like it because you can just get up and walk around.
I love the character of Rachel Dawes in Batman Begins. She's confirmed my belief that a good heart is the most desirable trait in a woman. Sure beauty and brains are nice, but her courage to speak the truth and the desire and will to use her life to do what is right is...just...wow. She embodies those traits, but I've seen them in many other people, both male and female, and it is always amazing and inspiring to me. It is what I want most in a wife and in my friends.
(That second slap is so beautiful. Slapping has become almost cliche, it seems, but she hits him good, pauses, and then goes back and does it again. She definitely lets him know she meant it. I think it's my favorite part of the movie, and that's saying something.)
