An update on the house!
Well the inspection has passed! the inspector sais he finds lots more wrong with new houses than this one, theres just the general old house stuff, like needing painting and some of the siding repaired but everything is in shape and the loan is being processed as we speak, they don't see a problem with it, I got a little extra money for closing costs from the bank, the seller agreed to pay half of the termite treatment for the house, so on the 29 if everything goes well, this little place will be ours!
